RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products.

 How to return the products:

  1. Send an e-mail to customers@donnacarolina.it, attaching the order confirmation and the fiscal receipt and writing the reason for such return.

 

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with the return form that must be included in the packaging, and the instructions on how to ship the returned product/s.

 

  1. Insert the completed return form in the packaging of the product/products to be returned and send them to the following address, within 14 (fourteen) days from the confirmation e-mail receiving:

The products must be returned intact and in perfect condition, with all the labels and tags still attached, and the dustbag, and shipped by using their original packaging; the product must not have been used, washed or damaged.

 

You shall pay for all shipping costs and you are responsible for the products returned until the package reaches our warehouse.  Always check that you have a shipping number and keep copies of the documents proving such shipment.

In the confirmation email you receive, you’ll find the details about the courier company and the costs for courier service. This costs and any other costs bond to the return shipment such as duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund.

 

Refund

Returned products will be managed within 10 working days from the date they are received by our warehouse. Refunds for returned products shall be made using the payment method used to purchase the same products (credit card or paypal etc.), net of any taxes or import duties, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date the package is received by our warehouse.

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please attach at least 1 photograph of the product with the detail of return reason and indicate the reason for returning the product in the return procedure, such return to be made in accordance with the modalities above indicated.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping instructions and indications on how to request the change or refund for the purchased product.
